GENERAL CONTESTS RULES – for Twitter, Facebook or other Champions Sports giveaways

Eligibility: These contests are open to all Champions Customers, Facebook Friends, Twitter Followers, and Champions Webpage Members. It is necessary for the purposes of these contests to build momentum for the positive growth of Champions Sports, however individual contestants will be limited to winning only one prize per calendar month. There is no purchase required to participate in these events. These events are only interactive in nature using (but not limited to) today’s social media such as Twitter, Facebook, and FourSquare.

Prize Deadlines: all contests will have a variety of deadlines from reaching a certain number to qualify or first come first served type contests.

Winner Selection and Notification: The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Any attempted second entry shall be discarded, and the entrant may be disqualified from the Contests. All drawings will be conducted at random. The decisions of Champions Sports are final and binding in all matters relating to these giveaways. Entrants need not be present at the drawing to win a prize. Winners will be notified by phone, e-mail, or social media notification. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within five (5) business days of Champions Sports first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected or the prize or prizes be rerouted back for another giveaway.

General Conditions: This Contests is void where and to the extent prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of this giveaway, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded, except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Champions Sports to use each winner’s name, photograph, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials, in printed, broadcast or other media, whether now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity, in any manner it deems appropriate in connection with promoting this or any other contests and/or promotion sponsored by it, without further compensation to the winner.

Releases: By participating, entrants agree that Champions Sports, those involved in the development, production (including prize suppliers), implementation and distribution of these contests and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, service providers, and agencies, and their directors, officers, agents, employees, attorneys, and any other person or entity associated with such entities and/or promotion (hereinafter collectively called "Promoters"), shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses or injuries, including any third party claims, arising from or relating to, in whole or in part, these contests, including entry and participation in these contests and acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prizes. All entrants further agree that in the event of any third party claims, damages, losses or injuries, arising from or relating to such entrant’s participation in these contests, such entrant will indemnify and hold Promoters harmless from and against any and all such claims, including reasonable attorneys’ fees related thereto. Promoters shall not be liable for entries that are delayed, lost, misdirected, miss-delivered, incorrect or incomplete, and such entries will be not be eligible for these contests. Promoters shall not be responsible for any technical malfunctions of any telephone network, computer on-line system, computer equipment or software; program malfunctions or other failures; delayed computer transactions or network connections; any errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; or any combination thereof, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to the computer of any entrant or any other person related to or resulting from downloading any part of these contests. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with these contests will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Champions Sports reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this contests should viruses, bugs or other causes beyond its control corrupt the proper administration or security of these contests. Champions Sports reserves the right to modify the rules of these contests in any way or at any time. All taxes on any prize won are the sole responsibility of each winner, including, without limitation, any federal, state, or local taxes which may be deemed applicable in such winner’s jurisdiction of residence. These contests shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, United States of America. By participating in these contests, entrants agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of Kentucky shall have jurisdiction over any dispute or litigation arising from or relating to these contests and that venue for such litigation shall be only in the Circuit Court for the City of Nicholasville, Kentucky.
